We announced this a few days ago and it's very good and tasty news for us and the tourist destination that is now voting to host an international and African clientele (waiting for Europe to unlock its holidaymakers): Malindi now has its "Sushi & Sashimi Place".
The renovated L'Oro di Lorenzo restaurant, inside the Mwembe Resort but with its own entrance, during the weekend offers the raw and cooked fish specialities of Japanese cuisine, but using almost exclusively the fresh and immediately cut down Mayungu's fish, where the management of the restaurant, which is also that of Malaika Beach, has a tradition of food safety combined with goodness.
This is a further leap in quality, with two specially trained chefs with previous sushi experience.
We have personally verified the excellent performance in the video service that you can see below!
