Also this year La Malindina joins the International Week of Italian Cuisine of our Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Some restaurants in Nairobi and on the coast have joined the initiative of the Italian Embassy in Kenya to propose the specialties of our house even if the period is not the most flourishing for the activities and especially for tourism. But from the virtual one to which we have become accustomed, the restaurant and boutique hotel in Malindi has decidedly moved on to the real one, with its days, to the flavours of Puglia, which had already been an attraction for many customers last year.
This is how Aldo Menduni from Foggia takes us on a gastronomic journey through the specialities of his land, with delicacies such as ragù alla foggiana and aubergine alla parmigiana and other surprises.
