Friday and Saturday with Latin cuisine, from the flavours and liqueurs of Mexico to paella and music from Spain.
This is the program of the Tangier Lounge in Malindi that has long accustomed its clientele and newcomers to excursions into gastronomic specialties from around the world, with wine and cocktail combinations in theme and music designed specifically to make the atmosphere even closer to the countries that the gorge will visit. This weekend it's the turn of the Mexican evening, Friday night: for dinner a unique dish will be served, consisting of burrito, chicken enchilada de pollo, frijoles mexicanos (the famous Aztec beans), guacamole and totopos, the crispy Mexican tortilla chips.
The ideal accompaniment to this dinner is the margarita cocktail, in its light version and served in a carafe, but also by the glass. At the end of the evening, with a musical selection including calexico and mariachi music, the classic tequila, salt and lemon chupito will be offered. Vamos!
On Saturday 22nd the Tangiers will repeat the success of the Spanish dinner, with the special Valencian paella served on sight and cooked on the grill. After dinner we dance with Deejay Macs at the console.
For both evenings, in any case, the a la carte menu is always available.
